Andrei Movchan | CEO
Andrei works on Russian and international financial markets for more than 20 years. Before founding Third Rome Andrei Movchan was the founder and Chief Executive Officer at Renaissance Investment Management for 6 years. Prior to that Andrei served as Executive Director in Troika Dialog investment company where he created and managed Financial Solutions business. He as well was a top manager in several major Russian and international banks. Andrei Movchan proved to be an acknowledged leader of the Russian investment industry. He was named “Person of the Year 2006” by RBC, Russia’s leading business news and rating agency. He was named “Best Asset Manager” by Chivas (Top 18 Financials contest 2007). Forbes magazine named Andrei Movchan “the most successful CEO of an asset management company in Russia in 2006”. |

Peter Holodny | Senior Partner, President
Peter has over ten years of experience on Russian financial markets. Positions he has held include, President of Norimet Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary and exclusive marketing and distribution arm of Norilsk Nickel. Prior to this, Peter was Chief Administrative Office of Global Equity Derivatives at Lehman Brothers Inc., and has worked at such companies as JP Morgan and The First Boston Corporation. In 1993 he was appointed to the Treasurer of the Synod of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside.
He was an active participant in the negotiations on the unification of the ROCOR with the Moscow Patriarchate.
Peter received a bachelor's degree from Vassar College and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Pierre de La Baume | Senior Partner, Head of Swiss office
Prior to joining Third Rome Pierre was Director for Capital Markets at Europlan Group. Pierre managed the group Treasury and Liquidity position across various asset classes and was responsible for fundraising activities since 2007 raising in excess of $850 mln of debt financing though various instruments including: syndicated loan, developmental funding, local bond issuance. He was responsible for managing excess liquidities and hedging currency and interest risk of the group. |

Alexey Stankevich | Senior Partner
Prior to joining Third Rome Alexey was Head of Structured Solutions at Renaissance Investment Management. Alexey supervised launch of more than 50 products of Renaissance including offshore funds, strategies, mutual funds. He was as well responsible for clients solutions and consulting services of operations and assets financial and legal planning. Alexey works on financial markets for more then 10 years. He managed clients assets restructuring deals in excess of $1 bln overall value and M&A deals with overall volume of more than $800 mln. |

Shai Granovski | Senior Partner
Prior to joining Third Rome Shai held the position of Director in Renaissance Investment Management being responsible for work with HNWI and managing the portfolio of $500 mln. He also launched and developed company business in Ukraine. Earlier he was deputy CEO in Allianz ROSNO asset management. Prior to that Shai held executive positions in various countries in Citibank. |

Vera Loseva | Head of Corporate Finance
Vera Loseva has more than 10 years experience working in corporate finance. Before Third Rome, Vera acted as Head of Treasure departments in major Russian industrial corporations. She organized the issue of Russian bonds and Eurobonds, credit linked notes, syndicated credits and was responsible for trade and projects finance. Vera was also Head of Corporate Finance in one of the biggest Russian private equity company, raised financing, managed securities portfolio and was responsible for derivatives operations and deals on foreign and Russian securities acquisition. |

Elizaveta Vasina | Head of Direct Investments Group
Prior to joining Third Rome Elizaveta was responsible for development of the direct investments and venture capital investment at VTB group. She was involved in the venture capital investment activities and was a member of the board of directors at 5 companies of different sectors. Earlier Elizaveta worked at ROSNO insurance company as head of M&A department where she developed and implemented the integration strategy for acquired assets and was in charge of the presale process.

Pavel has many years of experience working in Real Estate business. Prior to joining Third Rome Pavel was General Director of Territory Development Institute (TDI), company specialized in urban planning and architecture consulting. Before that, he worked in Jones Lang LaSalle and was responsible for consulting of Russian and foreign developers in commercial Real Estate and business development issues, managed Retail projects. Earlier Pavel worked in investment company where he was responsible for investments in Real Estate in Russia and Ukraine. |

Alexander Varyushkin | Portfolio Manager
Alexander has 10 years experience working in asset management. Prior to Third Rome, Alexander was a Head of Fixed Income and Strategy Department at Alfa-Capital , where he was responsible for managing public mutual funds, fixed income and balanced strategies for discretional accounts with total assets under management up to 600$ mln. Until 2007 he was director and asset manager for DFG Capital Ltd, and had principal responsibility for managing hedge funds on global capital markets. Alexander was named among 10 best portfolio managers of public mutual funds in Russia in 2007 and 2008 by “RBC” magazine and also was included in the list of 35 best portfolio managers in 2007 by SmartMoney magazine (Vedomosti). |

Before joining financial markets industry Alexey was responsible for business strategy development and investment projects evaluation at TNK BP. |
